Whether it be in Leadership, Managing people, Sales Effectiveness or communicating externally with clients and suppliers or internally within your organization, we all want to improve our skills. Coaching can be a highly effective way to do this. Coaching is all about the person being coached. As an Executive Coach my role is to ask “Killer Questions”, thought provoking questions that stop people dead in their tracks, that are hard to answer. Then help the individual think through his/her responses in an objective and non-judgmental way. My goal as an Executive Coach is to create insights in others that bring new levels of clarity and focus to the person being coached. Because clarity and focus create energy and enthusiasm and energy and enthusiasm can be directed towards immediate action.
